Firstly, we will review your current website (that's if you have one), and discuss your ideas and requirements along with your available budget. Once we have carried out your website analysis we will be able to supply you with a detailed and transparent costing, showing all the possible options along with some possible template designs.
So you like what you see, what happens next?
Before the build process begins we will set you up an account on our 'Project Management Platform' so that you can track the development process of your website. Simply put, you will have your own login and password so that you can upload any documents or images and ask questions. This way all images and correspondence are kept together for your project in one place. With a simple click of the mouse you will be able to see all the files and images that have been uploaded and any comments and messages from us and vise-versa. But, don't worry! If you would rather just pop down to see us thats fine too.
We also encourage our clients to install Skype onto their computers to make the communication and development process quicker and smoother. This is a free program (downloadable from the Skype website) which allow us to contact and talk to you via VOIP - Voice Over Internet Protocol, just like a telephone but completely free!
Finally, when we deal with smaller companies we usually deal with the proprietor, however when dealing with larger companies we would normally ask for a single point of contact or co-ordinator, for your companies website development.
